Residential

Family Condominium

The design brief for this unique residence asked for a condominium cluster of 32 households that belong in the same family. Requirements for each unit was so large and specific that we felt more like designing houses stacking on top of one another, rather to a condominium. Some units had open terraces larger than a typical bungalow.

Within the constraints of site location, building guidelines and very dense requirements, we managed to put together a great design scheme.
